# Never recieved payment!

The info provided is not sufficient, it would be better to use matrix (bisq.chat) as you would be sharing sensitive information (trade id is not that sensitive since it’s only shared between you and your peer).  
You might need to open mediation with ctrl+O at the end of the trading period if the deposit tx was confirmed and your peer does not reply.

PS: By “I never received my payout” it looks like you had a trade, as buyer or seller, and btc were not released. The situation is similar, but take in mind that there are periods for a trade where steps must be completed or your peer can open a dispute.
