# New bisq download shows Error replay:Invalid keytype

Hi,

I have downloaded a brand new bisq desktop and do not connect to bisq on start up. Shows error replay:Invalid keytype.

Any idea about?

this is very vague

which bisq?  
when does it show that error?  
can you share a screenshot?
