# Nightmare Day on Bisq 7 failed trades. No option for support!

I had a terrible day on bisq today with 7 trades failing with deposit transaction never showing up. Bisq auto pushed a couple trades to failed section with neither taker or me getting our security deposits back. What happened to the bitcoin is there anyway to recover???

never got maker fee back and other person never got taker fee back. is this gone forever? I also have another trade that auto went to failed trades and I have .015 in multi sig with no way to recover please help!
