# Not loading in 0.9.7

I have deleted the TOR files and rebooted.  
Only connects to 3/4 Hidden Services and connects to 8 peers but will not load the posted offers from my portfolio.  
Help please.

Today same issue now waiting 6hrs for the 3/4 peers to sync. Have rebooted and deleted TOR files again, no avail.  
Have a good stable internet connection.
