I would like to buy about 0.125 BTC. I don’t know what percentage above or below the Market to offer. Where is the market now? Can you give me a range.

You can make an offer that is fixed to the market price in Bisq. You will be able to see the price at the top of the screen, as well as other offers when you start the app.
