# Open trade display problem, GET SUPPORT button does nothing

open trade display problem, GET SUPPORT button does nothing when clicked. And there is no detail info displayed, see attached screenshot.

Taker fee wasn’t broadcast (I was maker), seems to be the same problem as this post: **([Taker fee transaction wasn't broadcast. Trading details section is blank.
