# Problem connecting to network

Hello there,

when starting Bisq on my Windows10 laptop, I get the following info screen:

Next i can open Tor settings and delete outdated files and use bridges. Both does not help. I use Tor browser on the laptop and it works fine, i think its not censored in germany. I don´t know what else do. I really appreciate any advice.

Mine is giving me all sorts of crap as well. won’t complete a buy forces a reboot etc. Somethings up

and it allowed me to sell, but the blockchains frozen. Sigh
