# Problem with transaction discription

I received a transaction on my IBAN for the purchase of btc but next to the correct discription for this transfer it also says: _removed_. Should I confirm payment receipt and send the coins or not?

I removed the exact discription and contacted the buyer but I would like any advice on what you think I should do.

It may have been a mistake by your trade partner and depending on what the additional message is you can decide on following through or cancelling the trade and sending back the fiat t the account that sent it to you. That’s up to you. You can also open a Mediation ticket to get insight from a mediator.
