# PSA: offers getting disabled as of mid August

We have been observing a spike of cases where offers are being disabled, even if maker fee tx has confirmations, and Bisq is correctly aware of the conf’ed status; no amount of SPV resyncs solves the issue, nor refreshing Tor files.  
We realized that, since [this proposal](https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/379?utm_source=desktop-client&utm_medium=in-app-link&utm_campaign=language_en) was accepted at DAO voting, offers would not match what the new network requirements are; this issue will be solved in an upcoming update to the filters.
