# Remaining time is stuck and not counting down

I have a SEPA instant trade where the remaining time is not advancing and is stuck at :1 day, 0 hours, 0 minutes (until Jul 10, 2026 7:08:28 PM): The time stamp in parenthesis keeps pushing back, but the remaining time is not counting down.

How am I supposed to open a request for mediation for that? Never seen this before. Another trade seems to work just fine.

Look if the deposit tx is confirmed, it probably isn’t and it’s a failed trade then.
