# Sending messages in dispute/mediation window not possible?

I made a trade and the opposing side has opened a dispute, requesting mediation. I filled in my response to the dispute in the messages window in the mediation tab, but when I send the message it seems to get stuck in “Sending Message…”. I’ve waited for 2 hours but it still hasn’t sent my message. I am using Bisq v1.2.1 on macOS.

Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Thanks!

Edit: I just read in [this documentation](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DXEVEfk4x1qN6QgIcb2PjZwU4m7W6ib49wCdktMMjLw/edit#) that I will need to respond within 48 hours or I will automatically lose the dispute. I feel a bit of urgency as a result, so any responses / help are very welcome. 😅 Thanks again!

Short update; for me personally the problem is solved as the opposing party confirmed that the funds have arrived, but the bug itself is still present and Bisq contributors have picked it up as a high urgency bug.
