# Support leo816 not reacting

Trade 20785002 is in conflict for now 1.5 years. support employee leo816 is not reacting. can anyone help? i can´t reopen the conflict.

1.5 years is too long, leo816 might not have received any message. Maybe the trade was sent to arbitration already by your peer.  
Look if the deposit tx was spent, if you don’t know how to use Matrix at bisq.chat so you can contact the mediator or any support agent to look that for you.
