# Support Tab Icon

Will an icon be displayed at the support tab if there are new questions/answers from the arbitrator as it is displayed for open trades?

If yes could it be that this is not working in certain constellations?

I am not sure, actually. I think that would be good to have if not already implemented.

As far I remeber there is a popup displayed at startup if there is a message from the arbitrator as it is done for a finished trade.

But it does not work for messages of support ticket that were closed in your absence.

Background: During the SEPA blocking phase there was a support ticket opend by the blocked trading peer for a failed trade - no transaction issued at all - that I missed and I only found out afterwards by accident.
