# Support ticket still opened since 4th May

I took an offer to sell some BTC on 04 May and the trade (rovbtw) was almost instantly cancelled.

This was around the time that the charge-back scam was in operation so I presumed that the buyers account may be black-listed.

I replied to the support ticket but I have not heard anything since.

The trade appears to have been cancelled but the support ticket remains opened.

Is there any way that this can be closed?
