# The app won´t start on Win 10

Hello,

I tried running the app both normally, and as administrator, but none of these seem to work. No icon pops up, no splash screen, no errors, nothing happens. Appreciate any kind of help.

Tried: running the app in every way, installing the Oracle JDK 1.8.0\_112 and reinstalling the app, restarting my PC
