# The application shut down with I click on "Take offer"

I just DL the app and when I try to take an offer, The application shut down… I just don’t understand, Can somebody help please ?

Hello,  
What kind of offer did you take ? fiat for BTC ? BTC for fiat ?  
Did you fill the security deposit ?

Really weird behavior either way. Hopefully you can start the app and try again.  
If the problem keeps coming up, try looking for anything interesting in the log files.

It is exactly what I click on but when I do it, The app shut down…

Can you send me the log file? it is at account/backup -\> button.
