Hello. im trying to help a chinese friend to overcome the great china firewall while using Bisq and Tor, whit no success even while running a Tor proxy with Obfs on a different machine. anyone haves any idea how to help him? he cant even access this forum. ---

Hello, Your friend should try to configure the Tor settings in order to connect to a bridge. He may have to try several bridges before finding one which works. See eg [Client could not open](https://bisq.community/t/client-could-not-open/6164/2) Things are also doable by using a VPN, but my understanding is that it is not stable. And also the authorities may take notice of your attempts. ---

This forum shouldn’t be blocked in China, as far as I can see. You should try meek-azure bridges until you find the one that works, those should work generally for China.
