[Resolved] Ticket closed after I payed € and I didn´t receive my BTC

I opened a ticket because I took an order to buy BTC and, after sending the money, the program got stuck and I couldn´t confirm I started payment. I received message from arbitrator saying he would check if seller had received the money. After seller confirmed he did, the arbitrator closed the ticket but I didn´t received the BTC I had already payed for. I closed the Bisq program and when I tried to open it again, I got an error message saying there was a duplicated transaction and the program could not be opened. With the seed words I recovered the BTC I had in Bisq, except this last BTC amount.

That is a very rare error, but it should be recoverable.

If you didn’t create a backup from the app and you haven’t deleted the old data directory where you can’t open Bisq, you can try perhaps recovering from rolling backups inside ‘btc_mainnet/wallet/backup’ as your wallet seems corrupted.

Make sure you don’t lose any files in the process and always keep backups of every file you replace, just in case.

It would be useful if you know the ID of your last trade and the arbitrator so we can make sure those funds were successfully sent to your address. If you know txid of transactions associated with that trade, that would also help.

PS: You can also read this topic where a user had a similar issue some time ago.

The tx ID is: 783944. And the arbitrators accepted in my account are only:
3b7cft5k4ae6a236.onion:9999
3de2y2bhifakoa7m.onion:9999

Which file should I substitute bisq_BSQ.wallet or bisq_BTC.wallet from ‘btc_mainnet/wallet/backup’?

Thank you so much for your help!

The block funds amount I should receive is around 0.122366 btc and these are some of the log file items:

bisq_BTC.wallet is the one that holds bitcoins. BSQ one is for the upcoming DAO.

Contact me at stibor@protonmail.com, with the tradeID in the subject line using a sender email I can reply to. I will try to do a manual payout and I will need a private key from you.

This issue is solved! Thank you so much Keo!
