# Tor connection through proxy

Good day,  
I have a proxy server at my office. I have configured my tor browser to go through the proxy but I am not finding the configuration page in Bisq to enter the same configuration details, so I am not able to connect Bisq to the network.  
If I wait long enough Bisq gives me the option to configure the bridges but not the connection via proxy as the Tor browser does.  
Any suggestion?

There is a request to be able to configure the Tor settings more easily. See [https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/3010](https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/3010).  
But for now, you may be able to edit the btc\_mainnet/tor/torrc file to define your proxy settings.
