# Transaction stuck

Guys, I tried to buy satoshis on Bisq on 08/05/2024 at 10:01 PM. The trade ID was btnnnuj-b879a630-1c44-4e2d-9f3f-c0298523271d-1917.

My security deposit was 0.0015 BTC. The ID is 92e1e7eabbae09c53c2a0c48566dd4551d87a3c8045cf5a147b8b74d730488cc

To this day, the transaction has not been found and is still waiting to appear in the mempool…

I don’t know wht to do. I had already tried to chat with the “btnnnuj” seller. He or she never answered.

Tue time out should function, since it’s been more than 20 days.

Assuming the b3c is the deposit tx, as it’s not in the mempool, you have a failed trade.  
Read the next link, but basically this trade can’t go on and you need to do a spv resync.
