# Transaction when confirming transaction

Hello,  
Had an error message (loaded log file to github) when verified:confirm buy.  
Now i see my bitcoin are reserved but I am yet to receive blockchain confirmation (transaction 3+ hours ago).  
Trying the chat also gave som error.  
The get support button is greyed out.  
This being my first transation in Bisq I am quite nervous.  
What should/could I do?  
Any help would be greatly apprecitated

If your bitcoin hasn’t moved yet from your wallet you can use cmd+e to withdraw your funds.

If the trade has started and your funds are locked in mutlisig, give us the onion address of arbitrator so we can let him know.
