Transfer from Bisq to software wallet hasn't worked

Hi there,

I initiated a transfer from Bisq to my software wallet yesterday but it hasn’t completed. It still shows as pending in my software wallet after 15 hours.

In the Bisq transactions screen it shows as sent with a tick in the confirmations column.

Is it normal to take this long?

Hi thanks for posting.

The mempool is very busy at the moment with lots of unconfirmed transactions.

You can check your transaction ID on a mempool explorer to see if it has confirmed. As it is busy transactions are taking longer to arrive.

I use https://mempool.space/ it should give you an estimated time of confirmation.
