# Transfer funds to Coinswitch times out

Hello.

It have been 12 hours since I sent my complete funds from Bisq to Coinswitch and the trade timed out.

Bisq output is still 0 confirmations.

What did I wrong and are my Bitcoin lost?

You sent your bitcoins from your Bisq wallet to convert into an altcoin on Coniswitch? If yes, this isn’t under Bisq control.

Try looking up the txid in the block explorer to see if the transaction was even broadcasted to the network.

If not, you can use cmd+e to withdraw your funds.
