Buyer didn’t pay for BTC in time, after opening dispute buyer made payment. Confirm Payment button is deactivated & payment received message is stuck in dispute window, so I’m unable to confirm payment receipt.

The mediator will be able to make a proposal to complete the trade which you can accept. When mediation is opened the trades are completed via a mediation proposal (that is why the button is greyed out).
