# Unable to download bisq .dmg

Hi

I’m very interested in trying bisq but every time I try and download the .dmg file it fails with “network error” - does anyone know if there’s an issue with the file or server?

Have you checked your connection?  
You can download the files straight from github, in the releases section : [https://github.com/bisq-network/exchange/releases/download/v0.5.3/Bisq-0.5.3.dmg](https://github.com/bisq-network/exchange/releases/download/v0.5.3/Bisq-0.5.3.dmg)
