# When do I get an arbitrator

I bought BTC with Eur…

After 6 days the trade lapsed and the seller did not confirm receipt of payment.

I opened the arbitrator option and sent a message in the pace provided but don’t get any response from an arbitrator.

What should I do?

I notice that tania had the same problem in December where she communicated to the arbitrator who then returned comms but she could not see it…there was a technical problem on Bisq.

@ManfredKarrer can you please check for me as you seemed to have solved this problem for tania?

At startup it might take a while until your app is fully connected (see icon right bottom -when that is fully visible u are fully connected).
