Where do I find the "jar.txt" file with the jar hash?

Hello,

I have a newbie question:

I installed Bisq 1.9.12 on macOS 10.15.7 and followed the instructions,

but at the point where I wanted to verify the jar file, I had to abort.

Reason:
I can’t find the .jar.txt file that is supposedly included in the release assets:

But I could not find any txt file there. Where is the “jar.txt” file?`

Any help? Thx!

It’s in assets, here: Release v1.9.12 · bisq-network/bisq · GitHub

On a side note, that check is not really useful, since after you install bisq from a verified installer package, the jar that is inside can’t be not verified as well :slight_smile:

If that check is not really useful, how come the step is mentioned on the GitHub page?
