Hey, I’m trying to understand which of these IDs covers most of the information. I’m looking at a trade. The reason I’m interested is to prove a transaction, and what I received (paid). I thought it’s the Payout tx ID but I’m not sure.
Maker transaction ID - is the transaction of the maker. If they are buying bitcoin they put in the deposit amount and pay the trade fee. If they are selling bitcoin they put in the trade amount plus the deposit and pay the trade fee.
Taker transaction ID - is the transaction of the taker. If they are buying bitcoin they put in the deposit amount and pay the trade fee and the miner fee to move the funds to the multi-sig and for the multi-sig to pay out. If they are selling bitcoin they put in the trade amount plus the deposit and pay the trade fee and the miner fee to move the funds to the multi-sig and for the multi-sig to pay out.
Deposit transaction ID - the transaction created at the same time of the taker transaction. It contains the bitcoin from the buyer and seller (and some additional bitcoin paid by the taker to make the payout transaction).
Delayed payout transaction ID - this is a transaction not normally needed. It is only used when either the buyer or seller sends the trade to arbitration.

The payout transaction is not listed above. The normal payout transaction that occurs in Bisq is when both buyer and seller agreed to conclude the trade (buyer marks payment as sent and seller marks payment received, this signs the transaction and concludes the trade).
This transaction ‘payout transaction ID’ not listed above can be found by looking at the output of the Deposit transaction ID. When the trade pays out the funds in the multi-sig are released and payment is sent to 2 addresses. One addresses is owned by the maker and one address is owned by and taker.
Well, for stating what I received (as a BTC buyer) it’s the payout transaction ID, right?
Yes that is correct , but you will not see that listed in the trade info screen.
To find the payout transaction ID you would need to look at the Deposit Transaction ID, and look at the transaction that paid out the contents of the multi-sig deposit to the two addresses (buyer and seller).
