# Why I cannot see any arbitrators? (SOLVED)

I’ve downloaded the newest version and when I try to buy bitcoins, a message tell me that I need to add first an arbitrator but is no one ☹

My bisq platform is 100% sync

Weird. Have you try restarting the app? Do you see anything suspicious in the Network info tab?  
Maybe send Manfred the log file would be a good idea.

Probably you did not received the data from the seed nodes (right lower onion icon greyed out). The tor network is under heavy load (or attack) since a few months and that makes network connections in Bisq slower and less reliable.
