# Why this message, every time Bisq is started?

This means that Bisq can’t connect to Tor network.  
You should check if your firewall is maybe blocking access to Tor.  
You can use Tor browser to see if Tor network works for you in general.

That happens if the Tor connection cannot be established in 4 minutes. Tor got its users doubled the last month. That might be one reason for more issues with Tor recently. Usually after a restart it works well again.
