I was wondering if precious metals (esp. silver and gold) have ever been considered as a payment method? I would be interested because it seems like there is currently no real P2P marketplace for buying and selling bullion.
Thoughts?
I guess in F2F trades you can trade in whatever you want for BTC, as long as you agree with the other seller.
It is riskier though, not verifiable like bank transfer payments.
Bisq is not ready yet for face to face payments.
We will likely release in the next version F2F trade…
