I have having issues getting my trade limit raised. My account is much older than 2 months and have I completed several trades but my account still shows as unverified. Please see the image below for more information. How can I get my trade limit raised?

Are you running the latest version?
Account age mechanic has been changed to refer to account age, since the payment account has been singed, instead of time since creation.
PS: All support has officially moved to keybase on #support channel.
