I use this chat app https://leupost.com. With this app is possible to send money to other users.
I don’t know if is possible chargeback transaction, maybe someone that read english well, could verify it: https://leupost.com/en/legal

Leupost is from same business of leupay.eu. With leupay you can have your own IBAN.

What do you think? secure to add on bitsquare?

After skimming through the terms & conditions i found that they do chargebacks, so they’re unfortunately not suitable for Bitsquare.
