Add XHV to Altcoins

There is only one exchange to change XHV without register.
(https://instaswap.io/) But now they don’t support the Tor Browser.
How can I add the pair XHV/BTC to Bisq Altcoin?

Maintainers have the freedom to add any asset if they consider it interesting but by default no new assets get added to Bisq until we have sufficient resources to deal with it. All issues or PRs regarding assets are getting closed. Motivation for that step is laid out in https://github.com/bisq-network/proposals/issues/153.
