I do not have a webcam and when I paste it into the bisq application it does not pair.

It’s not super active, but you may also ask your questions there.
Yeah, I am also not familiar with the Bisq app that much either.
Slack is definitely the best place for questions about the app.
Can confirm, only pairing with the QR code scan works. Just tested it, by pairing my account again.
