Arbitrator didn't close the trade


I made a trade on August 12th, and had to open a support ticket on the 18th because the other party was delayed in confirming they had received funds. The arbitration process went well, with the other party confirming with the arbitrator. However, since the arbitrator’s last message to me on August 21st, where they said that they’d close the trade, the status didn’t actually change and the arbitrator stopped responding to messages.

Hopefully this message will jog their memory - I assume the arbitrator was Manfred based on what I’ve seen on this support forum, but I can’t figure out a way to ask him directly!
