I’m having a similar issue. No response from @keo for 5 days now. I’ve just tried reopening the dispute so hopefully that helps. Keo responded to an email 2 days ago saying that they couldn’t see my dispute but has not responded to any further emails since then. My bank have confirmed that my payment has been received by the recipient bank, and I have provided the relevant screenshots.
