Available Balance not available when creating offer

Hi, I’m trying to create a Sell offer, but when I attempt to transfer my Bisq balance to fund the offer, Bisq tells me that I have an amount exactly 0.02 XBT less than the amount displayed in my Available Balance.

My Send Funds tab adds up to the full amount, and there are no outstanding transactions that have not hit the block chain.

This has never happened before to me when creating offers – the full amount including deposit & fees is calculated, and I was able to transfer the full amount into offers before.

Any idea why this is happening?

When trying to fund a sell offer, Bisq still tells me I have 0.02 XBT less than is shown in my available balance and in my addresses. Any ideas why?
