hi my bank has refused to send to the peer ive initiated a trade with saying its a fraudulent account how can i cancel the trade and get my deposit back. Thanks in advance
Hi @akaolly you should open mediation. You can do this by selecting the trade and clicking: ‘Ctrl + o’ or ‘alt + o’ or ‘cmd + o’

I would also recommend taking a screenshot of the message saying the account you are trading with is a fraudulent account, this can be provided to the mediator as evidence that you are unable to pay the seller.
