Big Problem - Can't Send Funds Stuck At 3 Bitcoin Peers

I have the same problem, can not get to 4 Bitcoin Network peers.

Have a few questions as I see this as a big problem.

  1. I see some say to pick 1 of the 3 you are connected to and custom connect to that, how to copy and paste from connected node list within bisq, not possible?
  2. Just type out the string of letters and numbers and hope for the best when sending funds?
  3. Where is list of trusted nodes to connect to?
  4. Can a thread be pinned with a list of trusted nodes and guide for this workaround in meantime as its effecting more and more people?
  5. I see user suddenwhipvapor suggested a node to connect to, why is this not verified by a mod?
  6. Is this problem being worked on for the next bisq release?

Hi sorry about the issues you are experiencing. In answer to your questions:

  1. You can use the node provided here: Connecting to your own Bitcoin node - Bisq Wiki
  2. The node address is:
    ybryiy2k4p4pery4qseap4iu2rxput2akuvpvczwvg4eyfafcdsvyqid.onion:8333
  3. Good question, the nodes used are listed in the Bisq application files. Not sure what files provide the list though.
  4. This is a good idea. I will mention it to the support team to see if someone can pin the recommended solution.
  5. suddenwhipvapor is a bonded moderator in Bisq. You can check in DAO > Bonding > Bonded roles
  6. Yes, devs are aware. I assume a new release will be pushed to fix the issues.

You can verify the list of federated nodes in the source code:

as well as check how ybry is one of them

Iooking at the code, could this not be the cause of problem, the nodes are all grouped in 3’s and 2’s.
When I connect bisq in default 4 node required, within 1 or 2 seconds I get connected to 3 nodes and it stays at 3 as if it only has access to 3.
If they were to be grouped in 4’s could this help?
