I can’t download Bisq for Windows (32/64 bit versions) from the site 
The downloads keep failing with a network error. The downloads get to about 35% and then fail every time.
Can somebody confirm and see if this can be fixed, please?
It works for me. I can download it without a problem.
Are you sure that it is not your Internet connection that is failing?
Perhaps try another computer if you have it.
Oh weird, must’ve been a sporadic issue, I can download it now!
