No, I’m not joking with this post. I do need this fixed. The onus is on you because you don’t provide a clear channel for me to give you the information you’re asking for.
You can find the log file named bisq.log in the data directory. You can find the data directory in:
Mac OSX: /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Bisq
Linux: /home/username/.local/share/Bisq
Windows 7,8: C:\Documents and Settings\username\AppData\Roaming\Bisq
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Bisq
You should be able to either copy/paste it here or just use the upload button when writing a reply.
You might want to edit the log first for privacy reasons.
You can also just tell us the error message, that would help.
