Bisq on TAILS - wiki needs updating

Hello old friend! I haven’t used Bisq on Tails for a while, but @M4RKYR is correct. The wiki page needs another update to make everything work with the latest Tails & Bisq versions.

Fortunately @dutu has done all the hard work and written a new bisq.yml file to fix the problem: Bisq-64bit-1.9.15Error on Tails OS Install - #7 by dutu

So, can I suggest one simple change to fix the wiki? Just replace the installation script at the end of the section here: Running Bisq on Tails - Bisq Wiki
