Bisq program running, But I can't open the window

I can see the program is running on my taskbar, But I can’t maximise the window

I have reinstalled the program / backed up my files.

I am running the current up to date version of bisq. And Windows 10 home
I have read the forum for other people with this problem but I seem to be the first.

Problem solved .

I am able to maximize the window via the task manager. And now its not stuck on the task bar any longer
