Bisq V1.10.1 - Did not reveive a filter object from the seed nodes

I got this warning and “No seed nodes available“.

Already tried deleting outdated tor files and the solution in this post

Warning: "We did not receive a filter object from the seed nodes"

I got this error message opening Bisq (it took a long time) and the message says I have to inform the Bisq developers

None worked.
