Bisq won't launch

I recently updated to version 1.8.2.on mac. It worked for a few days but now at start up i get an error

heightOfLastBlock must match chainHeight

Now it’s stuck on “connecting to bitcoin network”
If I try to reinstall will I lose all my data files? Like my backups and everything else?
What should I do to fix this?
