Prices on the market ticker at top of screen follow the market. Prices on items in sell / buy lists don’t update unless the screen is refreshed.
As a workaround, swapping from Buy to Sell and back achieves this.
Will have a look to it when I am back. Should work but might be a bug.
I found the bug tracker at github so any further reports will go there. Username is different, it’s a very old account and I was amazed I remembered the password.
