Can I send to trade wallet directly from poloniex?

I made an offer to sell BTC and receive XMR, the software asked me to deposit the full amount to the trade wallet, which I did, but I transferred it directly from my poloniex account. Is this a mistake? Can I get back my BTC if I cancel the offer?

I’m also confused now whether I should have only sent the offer fee to that trade wallet or the full amount (the amount under “funds needed”). Please clarify this also.

it doesnt matter how you funded the trade (think i did it similar to you first time a trade, now i just fund from bitsquare wallet, since i havnt moved funds out yet), you will still get the refundable part of it if you cancel. it will be in the bitsquare wallet.
