I have a new laptop, wanted to transfer my bisq balance to new laptop. Possible?

Figured it out by recovering seed to new laptop.

The seed is just for emergency. It’s better to move all directory data to new laptop, through copy/paste directory or, even better, with backup function.
You can suffer errors using Bisq through a seed import.

There are some reasons why you might want to start over again with a new data directory.
You got a bug which screwed up the internal data structure
