Cannot confirm "payment started

hi,

i’m in a trade trying to buy bitcoin. The deposit tx has confirmed so now I want to pay the seller. I paid the seller and so I press “payment started”, but then I get a message “please send confirmation again”. I pressed the “payment started” button couple more times but without succes. Any idea what I can do?
i tried shutting down already without succes.

Hi I would recommend opening mediation and letting the mediator know, also let the other trader know about the issue in trader chat.

Select pending trade and click: ‘Ctrl + o’ or ‘alt + o’ or ‘cmd + o’
